Platform design

StoryHub is a platform where employees can share customer success stories from across the organisation.

It had however over recent months, seen a decline in how many stories were being published with only 1% of all projects delivered having a story. Through interviews with users and contributors, my role on the project was to identify the current state challenges and uncover insights to inform a re-design.
