Telstra Connect is a desktop and mobile app that and allows B2B customers to monitor and manage their services. One of the biggest interface challenges was dealing with the huge amounts of data that needed to be shown to customers. We used traffic light systems and icongraphy to help give key visual indications to how well their services were performing.
